| Job Description | 1. Ensure smooth and efficient production operation. 2. Supervise and manage machine operator’s performance, compliance to SOP, set schedule, attendance and work attitude. Monitor Machine Operator’s compliance with machine safety practices, machine cleanliness and proper machine operation. Schedule Machine Operator’s activities and individual day- off to ensure smooth flow of production operation. Develop and train Machine Operators on handling various equipment as part of flexibility training. 3. Monitor job status of items produced, update Machine Job Order after end of every shift, finished production and/ or change color. 4. Provide change mold schedule and inform Machine Maintenance/ Technician. 5. Coordinate with the Quality Control and Machine Maintenance/ Technicians on machine set- up, change color and product quality that has direct impact on production output. 6. Responsible to update job status monitoring board every end of shift or whenever necessary. 7. Report to Management any critical and/ or problematic items that have great effect on production performance. 8. Coordinate with PC in- Charge, Material Control Supervisor and/ or Management regarding status of Machine Job Order. 9. In- charge in maintaining orderliness and cleanliness on production as well as machine area. 10. Instill the proper work discipline in his area of supervision. 11. Perform other duties that are deemed necessary by the Management. |
