Job Description • Answer inbound calls and successfully covert it to qualified sales. • Handles inbound calls from customers and provide answers to inquiries relating to the company’s product and services. • Assess the needs of customers and upsell applicable products and services. • Follow structured call handling procedure, scripts, transfer protocols and call related processes to successfully handle inbound calls from customers. • Prepare and submit daily and weekly sales report as needed.
Job Qualifications • Minimum of 3-6 months experience as homebased Call Center Agent is required.
• Preferably 1-4 years experienced employees specializing in Sales/Telesales/Telemarketing or equivalent in a BPO setting.
• Motivated and sales oriented to achieve daily and weekly sales goals.
• Must have strong work ethics and professionalism.
• Must have a stable internet connection and a reliable computer.
• Preferably residing within Cavite area.
