| Job Description | Coordinator are in-charge of coordinating with different clients through calls and messages regarding updates with deliveries and routes. They will also monitor the delivery crew through calls and GPS. • Client Coordination (Phone Calls / Messages) • Crew Coordination (Phone Calls / Messages) • Crew Dispatching & Monitoring • Route & Trip Monitoring • Delivery Monitoring (via GPS) • Monitoring of Return and Cancelled Delivery • Crew Line-Up Coordination (Texting & Informing) |
