| Job Description | - Knowledge of business and management principles - At least five (5) years of experience and technical knowledge on Engineering Management - Has experience on new product introduction, reworking design changes and upgrades through production. - In depth knowledge of Design Failure Mode and Effect Analysis (DFMEA), Failure Mode and Effect Analysis (FMEA), Advanced Quality Product Quality Planning (APQP), Production Part Approval Process (PPAP), and lean manufacturing techniques. - Ability to read technical drawings. |
