Job Description Manage HR works such as recruitment, onboarding, compensation and benefits, employee relations and other clerical works (Exit/Resignation process, interns, general HR) Ensure Legal Compliance throughout human resource management. Provides Improvement on Legal Documentation eg. Contracts to Clients, Suppliers and Employees. Report to Management and provide decision support through given HR Metrics. Recruitment Help recruit people aligning to the IT environment (Front and Back End /Full Stack Developer for Mobile, Web and Ecommerce Projects and Products, QA Analyst, UI/UX Designer, Systems Analyst, etc.) Hiring Full Time, Outsource/Freelancers on different channels such as Intern Heroes Website, Indeed, Facebook Page, etc. Facilitate Onboarding process for full time and outsource employees Assess training needs to apply and monitor training programs Employee Relations Monitoring and managing full time and outsource individual performance Ensuring that all employees are organized and satisfied in their work environment Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances or other issues Maintaining and reporting on workplace health and safety compliance. Handling workplace investigations, disciplinary and termination procedures. Review and Implement the existing policies and ensuring policy awareness (company handbook and different policies and guidelines Catered employee's from the start to end of his/her resignation Timekeeping Assisting in payroll preparation by providing relevant data, like absences, bonus and leaves. Update HRIS databases (e.g. new hires, separations, vacation and sick leaves). Recording of every cut off timekeeping
Job Qualifications Full understanding of HR functions and best practices
Knowledge of HR systems and databases
Able to engage in meaningful negotiation and resolution.
Knowledge of employment legislation.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Minimum 2-3 years of relevant experience in human resources.
